Yellowstone season four is in the making for The Paramount Network and it should answer many burning questions. The season three finale ended on multiple cliffhangers and fans are keen to find out which of the Dutton family members survived. Some viewers have said the next instalment will air in November, and has investigated.

Is Yellowstone season 4 out in November?

Yellowstone fans are up in arms as the official release date for season four has been kept under wraps.

The Paramount Network has reassured viewers it will be worth the wait as the latest outing is bigger and better than ever.

At the end of season three, John Dutton (played by Kevin Costner) was shot at the roadside and he will be discovered by ranch hand Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser) in the upcoming season.

His children Beth (Kelly Reilly) and Kayce Dutton (Luke Grimes) were also targeted by anonymous killers.

Their fates are still hanging in the balance and viewers are waiting to find out when their futures will become clear.

The official Yellowstone Instagram account shared a short clip of Kayce speaking to John.

John is heard saying: “That’s why we don’t talk about business at the dinner table.” To which Kayce replies: “Won’t do it again.”

The comments are full of fans asking when season four will arrive, and plenty of viewers have suggested November.

One said: “I miss the Dutton Family dinners, no matter how dysfunctional they are! Can’t wait to see more of them in November!”

Another said: “Someone said November was release time for season 4??” While a third simply said: “NOVEMBER sometime.”

The Paramount Network is yet to confirm an official release date, only revealing it would be in the Fall.

Another fan shared a line from GH Magazine which said: “Shortly after, Deadline reported that there’s talk about a return in early November. But this info is yet to be confirmed.”

Fans originally expected it to air in June 2021, but it was not meant to be.

It was then believed the new season would air following the Olympics, which came to an end earlier in August.

However, there is still no sign of an official release date now that the global sporting event is over.

One fan commented: “Now that the woke Olympics are over…Can we please talk about the release date at the dinner table?”

The Deadline report was published in July 2021 and it was titled ‘Yellowstone eyes November return’.

The exclusive article said: “Deadline hears that the show has officially left the warm season slot it held for its first three seasons.

“While no one would confirm a rock solid debut date, I hear they are eyeing early November for the start of the new season of the Paramount Network series.

“It will join the launch corridor for most returning prestige and must see shows, when eyeballs are optimized and Yellowstone gets the chance to cross promote on CBS’ NFL broadcasts, with a season that will run through the holidays.”

One fan responded: “Makes sense. Why compete against The Olympics and The Walking Dead? TWD is the only cable series with higher ratings, and this would be the only time they would have gone head to head on Sacred Sunday.”

Still, this information has not been confirmed by the network, so fans will have to take it with a pinch of salt.

Hopefully, when season four does arrive, it will quickly reveal the fates of the fan-favourite characters.

While fans are hoping they all survive, it is possible they could be waving goodbye to one of the main stars very soon.

Yellowstone airs on The Paramount Network and season 4 will arrive in Fall 2021.
