Betty White is looking forward to turning another year older!
Ahead of her 99th birthday on Sunday, January 17, the TV icon joked about how she plans on celebrating her big day.
“You probably didn’t ask, but I’ll tell you anyway,” Betty teased with ET. “What am I doing for my birthday? Running a mile each morning has been curtailed by COVID, so I am working on getting The Pet Set re-released, and feeding the two ducks who come to visit me every day.”
If you didn’t know, Betty – who is a big fan of animals – hosted The Pet Set back in the 1970s, in which she would invite famous friends onto the show along with their pets.
Along with the household pets, Betty would also talk with wildlife experts to learn more about animals like tigers, elephants, gorillas, kangaroos, and eagles.
The Pet Set will soon be released on DVD and streaming services starting on February 23, in honor to commemorate the show’s 50th anniversary.
Back in May, Betty White revealed how she was holding up amid the pandemic.
